| Rhonda E. Jones co-founded Enterprise Security and Availability Group, LLC in February 2002 and developed the Availability Services practice with over 23 years experience in high availability environments. As a senior level leadership professional in business continuity/contingency planning/recovery, information systems, and integrated services, her depth and breadth of experience has positioned her to be a Business Process Continuity leader. In addition, Rhonda has strategic planning, business development and large scale project management experience. Utilizing her knowledge and skills gained through systems management, operations, telecommunications, networking and business development experience, she had been the architect of complete business continuity programs, emphasizing both IT and workplace business continuity. These programs have included emergency response, evacuation procedures, functional impact analysis, product and services definition with criticality assessment, network and dual-data center design, trade floor recovery, e-vaulting, fail-over functionality, strategy selection and documentation, processes and procedures, communications and training, plan exercising, maintenance and awareness. Having personally participated in 17 declared events, her emergency response, crisis management, and public relations skills have proven to be well developed and indicative of a "calm in a crisis" professional. Rhonda has designed multiple data centers/IT facilities and led several data center relocation projects. Her attention to detail, overall information technology knowledge, working operations experience and business savvy result in practical, executable, and appropriate solutions to the continuous operations challenges of today’s business model. Rhonda holds a number of industry designations and has fulfilled senior level positions in the pharmaceutical, bio-tech, financial, insurance, professional services, web and service provider, and energy industries. Rhonda is an active practicing professional in the business continuity industry, a board of directors appointee for the Business Recovery Managers Association (BRMA) and a member of Women In Technology International (WITI).
